All three fellows are from different competing television networks
in Cambodia, but they come together to work on this documentary because
of their belief that this production could make a difference for children
in Cambodia.

This documentary focuses on Sok Chear, a young boy of 12 who has
two jobs: he smuggles used clothing from Cambodia to Thailand, and
doubles as an errand boy who rides on the side of a truck to help
the drivers exchange passes at the border gates.
Driven by poverty and their father's abandonment, Sok Chear gives
up his childhood to help his mother and older sister provide for
the family.
In this powerful and moving documentary, Sok Chear shows us one
child's daily brushes with death, all in the name of survival.
Through Sok Chear and his family, the documentary depicts the issue
of child labor and poverty at the border crossings of Cambodia and
Thailand.
